HOW TO BUY?

By placing an order through this website, you confirm that you are of legal age and guarantee that you are the owner of the payment card used for this purpose in case its use is required.

To make a purchase on our website, you will need to follow these steps:

1. Access our store.

2. Select the products you want and add them to your shopping cart by clicking on “add to cart”.

WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You can receive your purchase at the shipping address you have indicated, or if you prefer, you can specify a delivery address different from the customer's address.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

After purchase, the estimated delivery time is 48-72 hours, except for personalized products which take 15 business days. For international shipments, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands, please inquire about delivery times based on your destination. Delivery times may be affected during sales periods.

HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?

• Spain (Peninsula only): 4.90 Euros
• For all other destinations, when processing the order and before proceeding to payment, the website will indicate the shipping costs that apply to the destination of the merchandise.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?

Once your order is ready, we will send you a shipping confirmation email indicating that your package has left our store. When the courier processes your shipment, they will send you your order tracking number and estimated delivery date via email.

All our non-personalized orders are delivered within 24–48 hours to mainland Spain, from the order confirmation.

This period may be extended during sales periods, Black Friday or specific promotions, without generating the right to compensation or indemnity for delay.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as international shipments, may be subject to additional customs and/or import charges on top of the order amount and the shipping costs already applied by Nait Nait.

These expenses will be borne by the client.

For orders with personalized or pre-ordered products, the estimated delivery time is 15 business days. For shipments to the Canary and Balearic Islands, the estimated shipping time to the destination must be added.

For international shipments, the delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country. If the order includes personalized products, the preparation time indicated above must be added.
