By placing an order through this Website, you affirm that you are of legal age and guarantee that you are the cardholder of the payment card used for this purpose, should its use be required.

To make a purchase on our website, please follow these steps:

SHIPPING

WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You can receive your purchase at the shipping address you provided, or if you prefer, you can specify a delivery address different from the customer's address.

You can also pick up your order at any of our stores.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

From the time of purchase, the estimated delivery time is 48/72 hours, except for personalized products, which take 15 business days. For international shipments, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands (please inquire depending on destination). During sales periods, this delivery time may be affected.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

  • Spain (Peninsula only): 5 Euros
  • For other destinations, when processing the order and before proceeding to payment, the website will indicate the shipping costs that apply to the destination of the merchandise.
  • Free shipping on orders over €100 (Peninsular Spain + Balearic Islands). Free shipping will be deactivated during promotional and sales periods.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?

Once your order is ready, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, indicating that your package has left our store. When the courier processes your shipment, they will communicate your order tracking number and estimated delivery date via email.

RETURN POLICY

The return period for all our online orders or in-store purchases is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt by the customer. If you wish to return an in-store purchase, you only need to manage it at the same store. If your order is returned within the first 15 days from the receipt of the ordered products, and provided it meets the general return conditions, a refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. If your order is returned after the first 15 days from the receipt of the ordered products, and provided it meets the general return conditions, a voucher equivalent to the amount paid for your purchase will be issued, with no expiration date.

Black Friday 2025:

For purchases made from November 18 at 8 PM, the return period is exceptionally extended until January 10, 2026.
However, the return conditions remain unchanged:
  • If the return is made within the first 15 days from the receipt of the order, and the general return conditions are met, a refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • If the return is made after those first 15 days, even if the period is extended until January 10, and provided the general return conditions are met, a voucher for the amount paid will be issued, with no expiration date.

If you wish to return an online order, please go to our online store www.naitnait.com and in your customer profile, you can request it under "Merchandise Returns," and we will instruct you on how to proceed.

The order must be in perfect, unused, and unwashed condition. No returns will be accepted for any item once used, so please make sure to check it thoroughly within the 30-day period so you can request a return in due time and manner if it is not as you expected, if you accidentally received an item you did not order instead of the requested item, or if it has any manufacturing defects. Returns for manufacturing defects will not be accepted after the established date, or if the manufacturing defect is detected once the item has been used.

Once we receive the items and verify that they have arrived in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount through the payment method used for the purchase, or issue a non-expiring voucher if you prefer.

Shipping costs for the initial order will not be refunded. Nait Nait does not cover the cost of return shipping (secondary shipping expense).

Personalized items, combs, and brushes are non-returnable. Outlet items are non-returnable.

Instagram is not the established channel for requesting a return or submitting a complaint, nor is it for formalizing an order, so Nait Nait is not responsible for return requests made through Instagram as it is not a management tool and does not provide the necessary support for this.
