WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can receive your purchase at the shipping address you have indicated, or if you prefer, you can specify a delivery address different from the customer's address.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
After purchase, the estimated delivery time is 48-72 hours, except for personalized products which take 15 business days. For international shipments, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands, please inquire about delivery times based on your destination. Delivery times may be affected during sales periods.
HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?
- Spain (Peninsula only): 4.90 Euros
- For all other destinations, when processing the order and before proceeding to payment, the website will indicate the shipping costs that apply to the destination of the merchandise.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?
Once your order is ready, we will send you a shipping confirmation email indicating that your package has left our store. When the courier processes your shipment, they will send you your order tracking number and estimated delivery date via email.
RETURN POLICY
The return period for all our online orders and in-store purchases is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. If you wish to return an in-store purchase, simply process it there. If your return is made within the first 15 days of receiving the products, and provided it meets the general return conditions, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. If your return is made after the first 15 days from the date of receipt, and provided it meets the general return conditions, a voucher for the amount paid will be issued, with no expiration date.

If the return is made within the first 15 days from receipt of the order, and the general return conditions are met, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

If the refund is made after the first 15 days have passed , even if the deadline has been extended until January 10, and provided that the general conditions for returns are met, a voucher will be issued for the amount paid , without an expiry date .
If you wish to return an online order, please go to our online store www.naitnait.com and in your customer profile you can request it under “Returns of merchandise” and we will tell you how to proceed.
The order must be in perfect condition, unused and unwashed. No returns will be accepted once the item has been used, so please ensure you inspect it thoroughly within the 30-day period to allow for a timely return if it is not as expected, if you have mistakenly received an item you did not order as a replacement, or if it has a manufacturing defect. Returns for manufacturing defects will not be accepted after the established deadline, or if the defect is discovered after the item has been used.
Once we receive the items and verify that they have arrived in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount through the payment method used for the purchase, or we will issue a voucher with no expiration date if you prefer.
Shipping costs for the initial order will not be refunded. Nait Nait does not cover the return shipping costs (secondary shipping costs).
Personalized items, combs, and brushes are non-returnable. Outlet items are non-returnable.
Instagram is not the established channel for requesting a refund or submitting a complaint, nor is it for placing an order. Therefore, Nait Nait is not responsible for refund requests made through Instagram, as it is not a management tool and does not provide the necessary support for this.
