Can I add an item to my existing order?
We cannot add items to existing orders because the system does not allow it. You must place a new order.
Can we make partial shipments (when there are embroidered items)?
We do not ship orders in installments, as all items must be shipped together. One label per shipment.

How long do shipments usually take?
Standard shipping takes 24-48 hours , shipping with personalization takes 10-15 business days .

How can I return an item/order?
We sent the returns policy indicating the deadlines, that the item must be returned in perfect condition and with tags , embroidery, combs and brushes. No refunds are given , etc.

Personalization and embroidery
How long do custom orders take?
10 to 15 working days , although it is always less time.
Could you expedite my custom order?
We always have to discuss this point with Carmela to see if it's possible to expedite the order or not.
You forgot to add personalization to the items in your order. Can I have the items in an existing order embroidered?
If your order has not been sent, we will send you a payment gateway with the amount of the items you want embroidered ( €5.50/unit ) and we will send you an order confirmation so that Carmela can personalize the order.
