Partial shipments are not made. You will receive your complete order.

How long do shipments usually take?
Shipments without personalization 24-48 hours. Shipments that include any embroidered item 10 to 15 business days.
How much is shipping?
In-store pickup is free of charge.
For home deliveries, the cost will be calculated automatically during the purchase process. The rates are as follows:

- Balearic Islands: €6
- Italy: €16.50
- France: €16.50
- Austria: €16.50

How long do custom orders take?
From 10 to 15 business days.
Could you expedite my custom order?
We try to be as agile as possible within a range of 10 to 15 business days.
You forgot to add personalization to the items in your order. Can I have the items in an existing order embroidered?
If your order has not been shipped, we will send you a payment gateway with the amount of the items you wish to embroider (€5.50/unit) and our team will manage it internally.
