NAIT NAIT SWEEPSTAKES RULES AND CONDITIONS

Conditions for using Naits Points

  1. Point accumulation:
    Naits Points are accumulated only on purchases made through the official Nait Nait website and according to the conditions in force at any given time.

  2. Point usage:
    Accumulated points can be redeemed as a discount on future purchases, according to the equivalent value established in the program.

  3. Not combinable with other promotions:
    The redemption of Naits Points is not compatible with other discounts, promotional codes, special offers, or current promotions, including Black Friday, sales, temporary campaigns, or other similar benefits.

  4. Discount application:
    The discount derived from Naits Points will be applied only to the product amount, not valid for shipping costs or other additional services.

  5. Program modifications:
    Nait Nait reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or cancel the Naits Points program at any time, with prior notice to users through official channels.

  6. Fraud or misuse:
    In case of detecting fraudulent or improper use of the program, Nait Nait may cancel the points obtained and take appropriate measures.

FAIR PURSES (MOTHER'S DAY):

1. Promotion Organization
Promotion valid for orders placed in the online store.

2. Validity
The promotion will be active from April 20, 2026 until May 3, 2026 (Mother's Day), both inclusive.

3. Participation Conditions

  • The promotion consists of the free delivery of a fair purse for purchases equal to or greater than €90 in a single order.
  • Valid for orders with home delivery or in-store pickup.
  • The gift will be automatically added to the order once the minimum amount is reached.

4. Free Shipping

  • The usual policy of free shipping on orders over €100 is maintained, regardless of this promotion.

5. Returns

  • In case of a total or partial return of the order that results in the final amount being less than €90, the customer must also return the fair purse.
  • If the purse is not returned, its value may be deducted from the corresponding refund.

6. Limitations

  • Promotion valid while supplies last.
  • One purse per order.
  • Not combinable with other promotions or discounts unless expressly indicated.

7. Modifications
The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time for justified reasons, always respecting orders already placed under these conditions.

CLINIQUE x NAIT NAIT (FAIR PURSES):

Fair purses cannot be returned. Each purse may be accompanied by a Clinique gift (lipstick or mini mascara) only while Clinique product supplies last.

SWEEPSTAKES:

1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE PROMOTION ORGANIZER

The present sweepstakes is organized by the company NAIT NAIT, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA (hereinafter, Nait Nait, S.L.), with NIF: B-90.311.911 and registered office for notification purposes in Seville, at Avenida de Cádiz Nº9, SEVILLE (41004); with contact phone: 634 76 27 58 and email: info@naitnait.com

2. PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION

Nait Nait S.L will carry out the sweepstakes (hereinafter, the PROMOTIONS) which will take place on the Instagram account of @naitnaitkids, in accordance with the provisions of these rules.

3. TERRITORIAL AND TEMPORAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION

3.1. The PROMOTIONS will be carried out within the Spanish State, only Peninsular Spain.

3.2. The promotional period is set in each of the posts made.

4. REQUIREMENTS AND METHOD FOR PARTICIPATION

4.1. Be a natural person over 18 years of age, residing in Spain.

4.2. Participate in the contest through the participant's real, active, and personal Instagram account, and which cannot be considered susceptible of having been created with the sole intention of participating in the PROMOTION.

Only accounts that meet the following characteristics will be considered valid for participation:

- The user must have a profile picture designated by them (it is not mandatory that it be a personal photo).

- Must have at least one photograph/post published on their profile since its creation.

It will be understood that the account has been created with the sole intention of participating in the promotion when it was opened after the publication of the promotion and does not comply with the requirements set forth.

4.3. It will be necessary to comply with the indicated requirements.

4.4. Each participant may participate as many times as they wish, from a single account or profile or from several, provided they meet the above requirements regarding the validity conditions of the account.

5. GRATUITY

Participation in the PROMOTION is FREE.

6. PROMOTION PRIZES

6.1. The winner, who, according to the participation criteria, and once the sweepstakes validity period has ended, is deemed a winner, will be entitled to receive the prize indicated in the publication.

6.2. The sweepstakes will be carried out through an application designed for this purpose.

6.3. The prize obtained, if any, will not be interchangeable or redeemable for its cash value or for another alternative prize.

Nait Nait, S.L. will cover the shipping costs once to the address indicated by the prize winner in the terms expressed in base 7.1.

6.4. Participation in the sweepstakes implies the participant's acceptance and submission to the terms of participation set forth in these legal bases, without being able to disregard what is stated here.

7. COMMUNICATION TO WINNERS

7.1. The prize winner will be directly informed through a direct Instagram message, within SEVEN (7) working days (Monday to Friday) following the sweepstakes end date.

Once the communication indicated in the previous section has been made, the prize winner must respond through the same channel within a maximum period of TWO (2) working days (Monday to Friday) following the date of sending said communication, stating the following:

- That they expressly accept the prize communicated and the terms and conditions for its delivery provided in these rules.

The NON-acceptance of the prize and the terms and conditions for prize delivery amounts to a WAIVER. If this point is not stated in the response message, Nait Nait, S.L. may require the prize winner to declare on this point within the aforementioned period.

- For the purposes provided in Condition 9 of these rules, they must provide a photograph in which only the prize winner appears and which complies with Instagram's terms and conditions for publication; or, otherwise, expressly authorize Nait Nait, S.L. to use the photograph that appears on their profile, in the terms set forth in these rules.

Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the forfeiture of the prize obtained and exclusion from the sweepstakes. If this point is not stated in the response message, Nait Nait, S.L. may require the prize winner to declare on this point within the aforementioned period.

- Provide a copy of their national identity document (DNI) or equivalent title for foreign residents in Spain, for the purpose of obtaining the following personal data: Name and surnames, DNI, and age.

- Provide an address within Spanish territory (Peninsula, Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands) to send the prize; a contact email and mobile phone number.

If, within the indicated period, the prize winner or, where applicable, substitute, does not respond to the communication made by Nait Nait, S.L., it will be understood that they withdraw from the sweepstakes, and the prize will pass to the next substitute on the sweepstakes list.

7.2. In the event that one or more prizes are not accepted and are deemed withdrawn until the number of substitutes is exhausted, the prize in question will be declared void, and Nait Nait, S.L. will be exempt from any obligation or responsibility.

8. RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS

8.1. Nait Nait, S.L., is exempt from all responsibility in case of malfunction of electronic communication networks that prevent the normal development of the promotion due to causes beyond its control and especially due to external acts of bad faith.

8.2. Any abusive or fraudulent use by users will lead to the consequent disqualification of the participant in the PROMOTION. If such improper use of the application (with or without intention of fraud) causes it to malfunction, Nait Nait S.L. will be exempt from all responsibility, being able to cancel the promotion.

8.3. Likewise, by way of illustration but not limitation, abuse or fraud will be understood to occur when a participant participates in the promotion using a false account or third-party identities without their consent.

8.4. Nait Nait is not responsible for possible losses, damages, delays, or any other circumstances attributable to third parties that may affect participation in this PROMOTION.

8.5. Nait Nait is not responsible for possible inappropriate or offensive content that users may upload at their own risk.

8.6. The verification of any of these circumstances during the PROMOTION will lead to automatic disqualification and prohibition from participating in the contest, as well as the loss of the prize if it had been awarded in their case.

8.7. Nait Nait is exempt from any responsibility in the event of any error in the data provided by the participants themselves that prevents their identification.

8.8. The award of the Prize is personal and non-transferable.

Prizes are subject to these legal bases and cannot be substituted in whole or in part for cash. Prizes will not be subject to change, alteration, or compensation at the request of the winners.

If the prize is rejected by the winner, no alternative will be offered. Its sale or disposal is strictly prohibited.

8.9. The provision of personal data of the winners will be mandatory for the management of the Prize. Any false communication of personal data will give the organizers of this sweepstakes the right to disqualify the winner and dispose of the corresponding prize, in the terms expressed herein.

8.10. Nait Nait reserves the right to make changes that lead to the successful completion of the SWEEPSTAKES when there is a just cause or force majeure reasons that prevent its completion in the manner set out in these rules.

8.11. Instagram is totally exempt from any responsibility derived from this sweepstakes by each participant.

8.12. The winner is responsible for obtaining any necessary permission or consent for enjoying the prize and for any incident that occurs during it.

Likewise, Nait Nait, S.L. will not be responsible for damages, both personal and patrimonial, that the prize winners suffer due to enjoying the prize, including compensation of any nature and/or kind, expenses, costs (with express inclusion of lawyers' and solicitors' fees).

8.13. Nait Nait, S.L. is expressly empowered to postpone, shorten, extend, modify, cancel, or suspend the sweepstakes due to force majeure causes beyond its control, committing to inform participants of this circumstance as soon as possible.

8.14. Nait Nait is exempt from any responsibility in the event of providing personal data, as well as name, personal or bank details, to fraudulent accounts unrelated to @naitnaitkids.

Likewise, Nait Nait, S.L. is expressly empowered to resolve any unforeseen contingency in these legal bases as long as it does not imply a substantial change in the terms and conditions of the sweepstakes or a reduction in the rights of consumers and users or non-compliance with regulations on personal data protection.

9. ASSIGNMENT OF IMAGE RIGHTS AND/OR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF THE PRIZE WINNER

9.1. The acceptance of the prize, in the terms expressed in Condition 7.1., will entail the AUTHORIZATION to Nait Nait, S.L. by the prize winner to reproduce, use, and disseminate their username, their account, and their profile picture or the one provided by them, in any advertising and/or promotional activity related to this PROMOTION, all this in any medium (including, by way of illustration, not limitation, exploitation through the Internet and social networks) without such activities granting them any right to remuneration or benefit, notwithstanding the delivery of the prize obtained in accordance with these rules.

9.2. The lack of authorization referred to in Condition 9.1. will imply the waiver of the prize obtained and exclusion from the sweepstakes, proceeding in accordance with the provisions of Condition 7.1.

10. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

10.1. The personal information provided by participants and prize winners will be processed in accordance with the principles of confidentiality and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights.

Nait Nait, S.L. will be responsible for processing said information. For these purposes, it will be incorporated into the Register of Processing Activities owned by Nait Nait, S.L. for its processing, which will consist of participation in this sweepstakes, as well as for contacting the winners and substitutes of the sweepstakes.

10.2. Terms of use of personal data:

Purpose of processing personal data. The collection and processing of personal data have the following purposes:

- Managing the PROMOTION regulated in these terms and conditions.

- The delivery and acceptance of the prize by participants and winners.

- The sending of prize packs.

The personal data collected and processed are the data necessary for sending the packs and delivering the prizes awarded: name / surname / full home address / email / phone number.

Recipients: Only a determined number of duly identified persons will be granted access to personal data and information collected in the context of the organization and celebration of the draw, without prejudice to its possible transmission to bodies and entities responsible for monitoring, control, or inspection tasks related to compliance with obligations arising from the organization of this draw.

Data Retention: The data controller will only retain data when it is necessary to carry out follow-up actions of the event, considering the purpose of processing personal data.

The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, and other rights that can be consulted in the additional and detailed information in our privacy policy by contacting the data controller at the indicated email address.

11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS  

11.1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Condition 8 and other conditions set forth in these terms, participation in the promotion implies express and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

11.2. Failure to comply with any of these terms by the participant will result in their immediate disqualification from the draw, without being able to participate in the PROMOTION by any other means.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION 

12.1. These Promotion Terms are governed by Spanish Law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of Seville shall have jurisdiction to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation, or fulfillment of these terms.

12.2. If any clause or part of a clause of these terms is declared null, illegal, or unenforceable, such clause or part thereof shall be deemed not to be included in these terms, without affecting the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining conditions contained therein.
