HOW TO BUY?
By placing an order through this website, you confirm that you are of legal age and guarantee that you are the owner of the payment card used for this purpose in case its use is required.
To make a purchase on our website, you will need to follow these steps:
1. Access our store.
2. Select the products you want and add them to your shopping cart by clicking on “add to cart”.
WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can receive your purchase at the shipping address you have indicated, or if you prefer, you can specify a delivery address different from the customer's address.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
After purchase, the estimated delivery time is 48-72 hours, except for personalized products which take 15 business days. For international shipments, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands, please inquire about delivery times based on your destination. Delivery times may be affected during sales periods.
HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?
- Spain (Peninsula only): 4.90 Euros
- For all other destinations, when processing the order and before proceeding to payment, the website will indicate the shipping costs that apply to the destination of the merchandise.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?
Once your order is ready, we will send you a shipping confirmation email indicating that your package has left our store. When the courier processes your shipment, they will send you your order tracking number and estimated delivery date via email.
Shipping and Returns
All our non-personalized orders are delivered within 24–48 hours to mainland Spain, from the order confirmation.
This period may be extended during sales periods, Black Friday or specific promotions, without generating the right to compensation or indemnity for delay.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as international shipments, may be subject to additional customs and/or import charges on top of the order amount and the shipping costs already applied by Nait Nait.
- Canary Islands (approx.): €18 DUA + 7% IGIC
- Ceuta and Melilla (approx.): €18 DUA + 7% clothing / 10% footwear IPSI
These expenses will be borne by the client.
For orders with personalized or pre-ordered products, the estimated delivery time is 15 business days. For shipments to the Canary and Balearic Islands, the estimated shipping time to the destination must be added.
For international shipments, the delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country. If the order includes personalized products, the preparation time indicated above must be added.

Chichonera Baja de Nait Nait:
We couldn't resist offering crib bumpers made with our beautiful fabrics. We noticed that most crib bumpers on the market are U-shaped, leaving half the crib unprotected, and are too thin and short to effectively protect a child's head from bumps against the crib bars.
That's why at Nait Nait we've decided to design our own low crib bumpers, with adorable fabrics and special features:
- "O" shaped design to cover the entire perimeter of the crib, since children move around a lot while sleeping and it is common for them to wake up face down.
- They're very soft so they don't hurt themselves when they move around in their sleep or when they lie down from sitting up. Often they don't aim properly and end up bumping their heads against the bars.
- 25cm wide strap with double loops to secure it at 10 different points above and below. This ensures it always stays in place. No more, no less than 20 attachment points!
- Machine washable on a normal cycle. Although it's something we'd rather not think about, crib bumpers can get dirty from normal wear and tear or from spills like vomit or urine, so it's essential that they're easy to wash. The padding is sewn in place at all points to ensure it stays put, and the outer fabrics are perfectly washable. Maximum hygiene is guaranteed!

Care and cleaning
- Suitable for washing machine, it cleans easily and looks like new.
- Wash at a maximum of 30°C, preferably on a delicate program.
- Do not use bleach or abrasive products.
- Do not tumble dry to better preserve the fabrics.
- Air dry, avoiding direct and prolonged exposure to the sun.
- It can be folded easily when not in use.
