WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can receive your purchase at the shipping address you have indicated, or if you prefer, you can specify a delivery address different from the customer's address.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
After purchase, the estimated delivery time is 48-72 hours, except for personalized products which take 15 business days. For international shipments, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands, please inquire about delivery times based on your destination. Delivery times may be affected during sales periods.
HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?
- Spain (Peninsula only): 4.90 Euros
- For all other destinations, when processing the order and before proceeding to payment, the website will indicate the shipping costs that apply to the destination of the merchandise.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?
Once your order is ready, we will send you a shipping confirmation email indicating that your package has left our store. When the courier processes your shipment, they will send you your order tracking number and estimated delivery date via email.
Shipping and Returns
All our non-personalized orders are delivered within 24–48 hours to mainland Spain, from the order confirmation.
This period may be extended during sales periods, Black Friday or specific promotions, without generating the right to compensation or indemnity for delay.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as international shipments, may be subject to additional customs and/or import charges on top of the order amount and the shipping costs already applied by Nait Nait.
- Canary Islands (approx.): €18 DUA + 7% IGIC
- Ceuta and Melilla (approx.): €18 DUA + 7% clothing / 10% footwear IPSI
These expenses will be borne by the client.
For orders with personalized or pre-ordered products, the estimated delivery time is 15 business days. For shipments to the Canary and Balearic Islands, the estimated shipping time to the destination must be added.
For international shipments, the delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country. If the order includes personalized products, the preparation time indicated above must be added.

We all know how dirty children's things get and how much we love washing everything a thousand times. That's why it's important to have spares of all the items we use with them daily. The baby swing is undoubtedly one of the most used things for several months of our children's lives, so one day it's in the washing machine and we don't know where to put it! Because they have so much fun watching everything and swinging in the swing, they can't be without it!
That's why we wanted to design our own covers for Babybjörn bouncers with adorable fabrics like the Nait Nait Polka Dot Black collection! Who hasn't put a blanket on their child in the bouncer only to have it fall off when they move their legs? Well, here's the solution to that problem! We've incorporated a footmuff into the cover that can be easily removed and replaced depending on the temperature. It's as simple as zipping it up or down—no more constantly replacing the blanket to keep them warm!
Furthermore, our covers with built-in footmuffs have another feature that makes them stand out: when the footmuff is removed, a zipper cover is also included, concealing the zipper for use when it's warmer. This zipper cover has several uses: it looks neater and prevents the baby from getting hurt by the exposed zipper.
Our covers replace the original; they do not go on top of it.
It features two elongated buttons on the safety harness to securely fasten the child while also allowing for easy placement and removal of the baby. At the base, it has two elastic bands to keep it in place and prevent it from riding up.
They wash beautifully in the washing machine, and being 100% cotton, they're breathable and don't trap heat. The sleeping bag also has a zipper for easy insertion and removal of the filling, allowing you to wash the cover without it.
As it is a fabric in direct contact with the baby, it is essential that it does not cause sweating or allergies, and we always take this into account at Nait Nait, which is why the fabric is 100% white cotton.

- Do not use bleach or abrasive products.

- It can be folded easily when not in use.
