WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can receive your purchase at the shipping address you have provided or, if you prefer, you can specify a delivery address different from the customer's address.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
From the time of purchase, the estimated delivery time is 48/72 hours, except for personalized products which take 15 business days. For international shipments, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands (check based on destination). During sales periods, this delivery time may be affected.
HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS?
- Spain (Peninsula + Balearic Islands only): 5 Euros
- For other destinations, when processing the order and before proceeding with payment, the website will indicate the shipping costs that apply to the destination of the merchandise.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?
Once your order is ready, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, indicating that your package has left our store. When the courier processes your shipment, they will send you your order tracking number and estimated delivery date via email.
Shipping and Returns
All our non-customized orders are delivered within 48-72 hours to mainland Spain, from the order confirmation.
This period may be extended during sales, Black Friday, or specific promotions, without entitling the customer to compensation for delays.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as international shipments, may be subject to additional customs and/or import duties to the order amount and shipping costs already applied by Nait Nait.
- Canary Islands (approx.): €17 DUA + 7% IGIC
- Ceuta and Melilla (approx.): €30 DUA + 7% clothing / 10% footwear IPSI
These costs will be assumed by the customer.
For orders with personalized or pre-order products, the estimated delivery time is 15 business days. In the case of shipments to the Canary and Balearic Islands, the estimated transport time to the destination must be added.
For international shipments, the delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country. If personalized products are included, the preparation time indicated above must be added.

Small Bag
The Manuela Blue small bag by Nait Nait is one of those bags that you can use in different ways depending on what you need each day. Its 26 × 34 cm format allows you to carry a change of clothes, store a snack, collect small toys, or separate clothes that end up wet or dirty.
For these latter uses, it features a waterproof interior, which allows you to keep damp garments separate from other accessories. It is important to distinguish this from the exterior: in the Manuela collection, the outer fabric is not waterproof and is made of 100% organic cotton.
It can also accompany children in their day-to-day life as a bag for school changes or snacks, offering different uses in a single format. Its reduced size makes it easy to use for whatever you need to organize at any given moment.
If you want to identify it, the bag supports personalization through embroidery. The embroidery is compatible with the waterproof treatment, although its effectiveness may decrease slightly in the embroidered area due to the cotton thread used to perform it.
The small flower print in shades of blue from Manuela completes the design and allows it to be combined with the rest of the accessories in the collection.
