Why is our baby changing mat safe? Well, it includes a feature that no other furniture-based changing mat currently offers: a small harness. This child safety system prevents the baby from falling if they start rolling over quickly and decisively while you're changing them. Another advantage of our furniture-based baby changing mat is that in case of a spill or leak, you probably won't even have to clean the mat itself. Why? Because our cover includes two towels attached with pediatric-safe Velcro, which are also waterproof. You simply replace one towel with the other and wash the dirty one.
