Welcome back to Nait Nait, your children's products store ! This time I'm going to try to make a A compilation of the items I believe a newborn needs when they arrive home. It's important to keep in mind that these needs decrease dramatically the more children you have... Nobody knows why!
Grooming accessories a newborn needs:
- Bathtub : For me, a bathtub with a backrest is very important because it makes bath time so much easier. When they're babies, they tend to slip, and to prevent that, it's very convenient to have some support. Mine is made of Okbaby And although it doesn't have legs, it can be placed on any surface (for example, on top of the sink). If you're interested, I bought it on Amazon and you can take a look at it there. Luma It's more aesthetically pleasing, lighter, more compact, with legs and a drain, but I understand that its price is less appealing…
- Changing Room: I've only ever had a small changing mat with a cotton terry cloth cover, placed on top of a chest of drawers in the bedroom, or now, on the bed. Changing tables seem incredibly convenient if you have space in the bathroom. However, if it's meant to be in the bedroom, I think the other option is better (that way you can also make use of the drawers).
- Nait Nait baby towel: Newborn bath towels can be one of the most important, comfortable, and practical things when bathing a newborn. With its simple neck-tie system, you can have your hands free to hold the baby and lift them out of the bath without having to juggle the towel. You won't want to be without it!
