HOW TO BUY?
By placing an order through this website, you confirm that you are of legal age and guarantee that you are the holder of the payment card used for this purpose, should its use be required.
To make a purchase on our website, you must follow these steps:
1. Go to our store.
2. Select the products you want and add them to your shopping cart by clicking on "add to cart."
WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can receive your purchase at the shipping address you have provided or, if you prefer, you can specify a delivery address different from the customer's address.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
From the time of purchase, the estimated delivery time is 48/72 hours, except for personalized products which take 15 business days. For international shipments, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands (check based on destination). During sales periods, this delivery time may be affected.
HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS?
- Spain (Peninsula + Balearic Islands only): 5 Euros
- For other destinations, when processing the order and before proceeding with payment, the website will indicate the shipping costs that apply to the destination of the merchandise.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?
Once your order is ready, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, indicating that your package has left our store. When the courier processes your shipment, they will send you your order tracking number and estimated delivery date via email.
Shipping and Returns
All our non-customized orders are delivered within 48-72 hours to mainland Spain, from the order confirmation.
This period may be extended during sales, Black Friday, or specific promotions, without entitling the customer to compensation for delays.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as international shipments, may be subject to additional customs and/or import duties to the order amount and shipping costs already applied by Nait Nait.
- Canary Islands (approx.): €17 DUA + 7% IGIC
- Ceuta and Melilla (approx.): €30 DUA + 7% clothing / 10% footwear IPSI
These costs will be assumed by the customer.
For orders with personalized or pre-order products, the estimated delivery time is 15 business days. In the case of shipments to the Canary and Balearic Islands, the estimated transport time to the destination must be added.
For international shipments, the delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country. If personalized products are included, the preparation time indicated above must be added.

Nait Nait Large Stroller Bag:
Large stroller bags have the perfect capacity to hold everything a baby might need throughout the day. They feature an exterior compartment for the changing mat with pockets. This way, diaper changing time will always be quick and convenient, as everything is close at hand. Additionally, it has 2 large front pockets for carrying burp cloths or pacifiers, and two side pockets for baby bottles or water bottles in an upright position.
Inside, there is a large zippered pocket so we can store our own belongings—wallet, phone, keys, etc.—separately so they don't get mixed up with the baby's things. This saves us from having to carry a second bag. Likewise, the interior features two elasticized pockets for storing other items separately.
The central zipper is wide so that everything remains accessible thanks to the large top opening. It features a long strap for shoulder carry and two short handles to attach it to the stroller handlebar or handles, thanks to the easily attachable Velcro straps.

- Wash at a maximum of 30°C, preferably on a delicate program.

- Air dry, avoiding direct and prolonged exposure to the sun.
- It can be folded easily when not in use.
