WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can receive your purchase at the shipping address you have provided or, if you prefer, you can specify a delivery address different from the customer's address.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
From the time of purchase, the estimated delivery time is 48/72 hours, except for personalized products which take 15 business days. For international shipments, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands (check based on destination). During sales periods, this delivery time may be affected.
HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS?
- Spain (Peninsula + Balearic Islands only): 5 Euros
- For other destinations, when processing the order and before proceeding with payment, the website will indicate the shipping costs that apply to the destination of the merchandise.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?
Once your order is ready, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, indicating that your package has left our store. When the courier processes your shipment, they will send you your order tracking number and estimated delivery date via email.
Shipping and Returns
All our non-customized orders are delivered within 48-72 hours to mainland Spain, from the order confirmation.
This period may be extended during sales, Black Friday, or specific promotions, without entitling the customer to compensation for delays.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as international shipments, may be subject to additional customs and/or import duties to the order amount and shipping costs already applied by Nait Nait.
- Canary Islands (approx.): €17 DUA + 7% IGIC
- Ceuta and Melilla (approx.): €30 DUA + 7% clothing / 10% footwear IPSI
These costs will be assumed by the customer.
For orders with personalized or pre-order products, the estimated delivery time is 15 business days. In the case of shipments to the Canary and Balearic Islands, the estimated transport time to the destination must be added.
For international shipments, the delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country. If personalized products are included, the preparation time indicated above must be added.

At Nait Nait, we think about comfort and making tasks and activities related to caring for our babies easier. Our changing pad incorporates 2 internal elastic pockets where we can store the diapers, wipes, or creams needed for a day out. This way, we avoid having to carry an additional bag with all these products when we go out.
This changing pad is designed for when you need to use a public changing station. In such situations, we often struggle to carry the cloth changing pad, the diaper bag with wipes, and the baby in our arms. This leads to the problem of how to free our hands to lower the wall-mounted changing station, then open the cloth changing pad, and finally lay the baby down. As a result, most of the time we have to place the bag and the changing pad on the sink, sometimes wet, on top of the toilet, or on the toilet paper holder, which, being round, can cause the baby's belongings to end up on the floor of the public bathroom. These adverse situations are not ideal for the baby's proper hygiene and can be easily remedied with this innovative product.
With the original Nait Nait changing pad, we can make this task easier by holding it under our arm while lowering the wall-mounted changing station, opening it correctly, and laying the baby on it. This way, we'll have everything at hand to change the child comfortably without having to juggle!

Care and cleaning
- Suitable for washing machine, it cleans easily and looks like new.
- Wash at a maximum of 30°C, preferably on a delicate program.
- Do not use bleach or abrasive products.
- Do not tumble dry to better preserve the fabrics.
- Air dry, avoiding direct and prolonged exposure to the sun.
- It can be folded easily when not in use.
