WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can receive your purchase at the shipping address you have provided or, if you prefer, you can specify a delivery address different from the customer's address.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
From the time of purchase, the estimated delivery time is 48/72 hours, except for personalized products which take 15 business days. For international shipments, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands (check based on destination). During sales periods, this delivery time may be affected.
HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS?
- Spain (Peninsula + Balearic Islands only): 5 Euros
- For other destinations, when processing the order and before proceeding with payment, the website will indicate the shipping costs that apply to the destination of the merchandise.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?
Once your order is ready, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, indicating that your package has left our store. When the courier processes your shipment, they will send you your order tracking number and estimated delivery date via email.
Shipping and Returns
All our non-customized orders are delivered within 48-72 hours to mainland Spain, from the order confirmation.
This period may be extended during sales, Black Friday, or specific promotions, without entitling the customer to compensation for delays.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as international shipments, may be subject to additional customs and/or import duties to the order amount and shipping costs already applied by Nait Nait.
- Canary Islands (approx.): €17 DUA + 7% IGIC
- Ceuta and Melilla (approx.): €30 DUA + 7% clothing / 10% footwear IPSI
These costs will be assumed by the customer.
For orders with personalized or pre-order products, the estimated delivery time is 15 business days. In the case of shipments to the Canary and Balearic Islands, the estimated transport time to the destination must be added.
For international shipments, the delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country. If personalized products are included, the preparation time indicated above must be added.

The Nait Nait Blue Pomegranate draining brush is designed to make hair care more practical after washing. As you brush through your hair, it helps to detangle without pulling and to drain excess water, reducing moisture before you begin drying.
It features innovative bristles with a triangular base that help to tense and hold the hair. Their flexibility then allows the hair to be released and loosened, facilitating detangling and helping to avoid tugging and breakage. The bristles also have a smooth, edgeless design and are blow-dryer resistant.
Another way to use it is by taking it directly into the shower: it can be used under water to enhance the effect of a hair mask. Its single-piece bristle structure prevents hair from getting caught between different parts and makes it easy to clean the brush after use.
For convenient storage, it includes a hanging cord. If any static appears due to humidity, temperature, electricity, or the characteristics of the hair itself, you can lightly spray a couple of mists of water onto the brush to help reduce it.
This version features the Pomegranate design and can be combined with other items from Nait Nait's Pomegranate collection.

Care and cleaning
- Suitable for washing machine, it cleans easily and looks like new.
- Wash at a maximum of 30°C, preferably on a delicate program.
- Do not use bleach or abrasive products.
- Do not tumble dry to better preserve the fabrics.
- Air dry, avoiding direct and prolonged exposure to the sun.
- It can be folded easily when not in use.
