HOW TO BUY?

WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can receive your purchase at the shipping address you have provided or, if you prefer, you can specify a delivery address different from the customer's address.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
From the time of purchase, the estimated delivery time is 48/72 hours, except for personalized products which take 15 business days. For international shipments, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands (check based on destination). During sales periods, this delivery time may be affected.
HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS?
- Spain (Peninsula + Balearic Islands only): 5 Euros
- For other destinations, when processing the order and before proceeding with payment, the website will indicate the shipping costs that apply to the destination of the merchandise.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?
Once your order is ready, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, indicating that your package has left our store. When the courier processes your shipment, they will send you your order tracking number and estimated delivery date via email.
Shipping and Returns
All our non-customized orders are delivered within 48-72 hours to mainland Spain, from the order confirmation.
This period may be extended during sales, Black Friday, or specific promotions, without entitling the customer to compensation for delays.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as international shipments, may be subject to additional customs and/or import duties to the order amount and shipping costs already applied by Nait Nait.
- Canary Islands (approx.): €17 DUA + 7% IGIC
- Ceuta and Melilla (approx.): €30 DUA + 7% clothing / 10% footwear IPSI
These costs will be assumed by the customer.
For orders with personalized or pre-order products, the estimated delivery time is 15 business days. In the case of shipments to the Canary and Balearic Islands, the estimated transport time to the destination must be added.
For international shipments, the delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country. If personalized products are included, the preparation time indicated above must be added.

In collaboration with Casalfe, we have created the large Manuela Rosa oval brush by Nait Nait, a 100% Made in Spain brush specially designed to detangle hair without pulling and to make daily brushing easier for the whole family.
The arrangement of its bristles is specially designed for thick hair. In addition, they are resistant to hair dryer heat and feature a 360º, seamless design, which helps prevent hair from snagging, damaging, or breaking during brushing.
Since it is manufactured as a single piece of bristles, hair does not get trapped between different parts of the brush. This feature also makes it very easy to clean and maintain after each use.
Do you notice some static electricity after brushing? It can appear depending on factors such as humidity, temperature, environmental conditions, or the characteristics of the hair itself. To reduce it, you can spray a little water onto the brush a couple of times and brush again.
Its 18 × 4.5 cm size allows it to be used both at home and on the go, and to be easily stored in your toiletry bag, stroller bag, or gym bag. In its Manuela version, it incorporates the floral design in pink tones from the collection and can be combined with the rest of its accessories.
