HOW TO BUY?
By placing an order through this website, you confirm that you are of legal age and guarantee that you are the holder of the payment card used for this purpose, should its use be required.
To make a purchase on our website, you must follow these steps:

WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can receive your purchase at the shipping address you have provided or, if you prefer, you can specify a delivery address different from the customer's address.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
From the time of purchase, the estimated delivery time is 48/72 hours, except for personalized products which take 15 business days. For international shipments, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands (check based on destination). During sales periods, this delivery time may be affected.
HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS?
- Spain (Peninsula + Balearic Islands only): 5 Euros
- For other destinations, when processing the order and before proceeding with payment, the website will indicate the shipping costs that apply to the destination of the merchandise.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?
Once your order is ready, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, indicating that your package has left our store. When the courier processes your shipment, they will send you your order tracking number and estimated delivery date via email.
Shipping and Returns
All our non-customized orders are delivered within 48-72 hours to mainland Spain, from the order confirmation.
This period may be extended during sales, Black Friday, or specific promotions, without entitling the customer to compensation for delays.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as international shipments, may be subject to additional customs and/or import duties to the order amount and shipping costs already applied by Nait Nait.
- Canary Islands (approx.): €17 DUA + 7% IGIC
- Ceuta and Melilla (approx.): €30 DUA + 7% clothing / 10% footwear IPSI
These costs will be assumed by the customer.
For orders with personalized or pre-order products, the estimated delivery time is 15 business days. In the case of shipments to the Canary and Balearic Islands, the estimated transport time to the destination must be added.
For international shipments, the delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country. If personalized products are included, the preparation time indicated above must be added.

In collaboration with Casalfe, we have designed the Nait Nait Manuela Rosa wide-tooth comb, which is especially practical for use on wet hair to make detangling easy and avoid painful tugging.
Its dual-tooth system, along with the water drainage holes located on the top, facilitates the flow of water, masks, and other moisturizing products through the comb. Therefore, you can use it directly in the shower to apply masks, treatments, and hair products under the water while detangling your hair.
The wide teeth help work through wet hair and detangle it with greater ease. Its use is not limited to the shower: it is also very practical to take to the beach or the pool and comb your hair after getting out of the water.
Additionally, it features an ergonomic shape and a built-in hanger, so you can leave it hanging after use. It is designed for both children and adults, making it a practical comb for different family members.
