HOW TO BUY?
By placing an order through this website, you confirm that you are of legal age and guarantee that you are the owner of the payment card used for this purpose in case its use is required.
To make a purchase on our website, you will need to follow these steps:
1. Access our store.
2. Select the products you want and add them to your shopping cart by clicking on “add to cart”.
WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can receive your purchase at the shipping address you have indicated, or if you prefer, you can specify a delivery address different from the customer's address.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
After purchase, the estimated delivery time is 48-72 hours, except for personalized products which take 15 business days. For international shipments, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands, please inquire about delivery times based on your destination. Delivery times may be affected during sales periods.
HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?
- Spain (Peninsula only): 4.90 Euros
- For all other destinations, when processing the order and before proceeding to payment, the website will indicate the shipping costs that apply to the destination of the merchandise.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?
Once your order is ready, we will send you a shipping confirmation email indicating that your package has left our store. When the courier processes your shipment, they will send you your order tracking number and estimated delivery date via email.
Shipping and Returns
All our non-personalized orders are delivered within 24–48 hours to mainland Spain, from the order confirmation.
This period may be extended during sales periods, Black Friday or specific promotions, without generating the right to compensation or indemnity for delay.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as international shipments, may be subject to additional customs and/or import charges on top of the order amount and the shipping costs already applied by Nait Nait.
- Canary Islands (approx.): €18 DUA + 7% IGIC
- Ceuta and Melilla (approx.): €18 DUA + 7% clothing / 10% footwear IPSI
These expenses will be borne by the client.
For orders with personalized or pre-ordered products, the estimated delivery time is 15 business days. For shipments to the Canary and Balearic Islands, the estimated shipping time to the destination must be added.
For international shipments, the delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country. If the order includes personalized products, the preparation time indicated above must be added.

Description and features
The filling of the nursing pillow is made up of a mixture of fibers specially designed for this application and pressed to achieve the desired consistency and firmness.
In the first few months of our children's lives, we spend a lot of time feeding them, so back and arm pain are common due to poor posture and the effort of supporting the baby's weight. Furthermore, breastfeeding itself is often painful. Therefore, we tend to hunch our backs, hindering proper posture to avoid muscle pain.
At Nait Nait, we've designed and tested our nursing pillow to find the ideal shape and firmness to minimize effort and correct posture while breastfeeding. The pillow's open shape and firmness allow it to adapt perfectly to your body's contours without preventing you from resting your back against the seat back. Furthermore, thanks to its design specifically created for this purpose, the body doesn't "push out" the pillow, keeping it securely in place and facilitating the mother's movement to position the baby for breastfeeding without the pillow shifting.
The cushion is firm so that when you lay the baby on it, their body remains straight. This allows us to reach the desired height for them to eat easily and prevents them from sinking into our arm, which would cause their body to tilt face down (which should never happen while they are eating).
The Nait Nait nursing pillow also serves as a support pillow for newborns. When laid on it, the pillow cradles the baby's body, preventing them from rolling over or falling. In this sense, it's very useful because it keeps the baby's torso inclined without putting pressure on their bottom, thus avoiding back strain and preventing milk leakage due to incorrect posture.
When the baby is a little older, it can be used as a gymnastics cushion by placing them face down in the opening, as this is an ideal position for exercising neck muscles. Furthermore, once they can sit up, it can also be used as a seat, as it supports the baby's torso and prevents them from falling.
The outer cover for the nursing pillow has a zipper for easy removal, washing, or replacement. All prints are made from 100% cotton fabric.

Care and cleaning
- Suitable for washing machine, it cleans easily and looks like new.
- Wash at a maximum of 30°C, preferably on a delicate program.
- Do not use bleach or abrasive products.
- Do not tumble dry to better preserve the fabrics.
- Air dry, avoiding direct and prolonged exposure to the sun.
- It can be folded easily when not in use.
