WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can receive your purchase at the shipping address you have provided or, if you prefer, you can specify a delivery address different from the customer's address.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
From the time of purchase, the estimated delivery time is 48/72 hours, except for personalized products which take 15 business days. For international shipments, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands (check based on destination). During sales periods, this delivery time may be affected.
HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS?
- Spain (Peninsula + Balearic Islands only): 5 Euros
- For other destinations, when processing the order and before proceeding with payment, the website will indicate the shipping costs that apply to the destination of the merchandise.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?
Once your order is ready, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, indicating that your package has left our store. When the courier processes your shipment, they will send you your order tracking number and estimated delivery date via email.
Shipping and Returns
All our non-customized orders are delivered within 48-72 hours to mainland Spain, from the order confirmation.
This period may be extended during sales, Black Friday, or specific promotions, without entitling the customer to compensation for delays.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as international shipments, may be subject to additional customs and/or import duties to the order amount and shipping costs already applied by Nait Nait.
- Canary Islands (approx.): €17 DUA + 7% IGIC
- Ceuta and Melilla (approx.): €30 DUA + 7% clothing / 10% footwear IPSI
These costs will be assumed by the customer.
For orders with personalized or pre-order products, the estimated delivery time is 15 business days. In the case of shipments to the Canary and Balearic Islands, the estimated transport time to the destination must be added.
For international shipments, the delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country. If personalized products are included, the preparation time indicated above must be added.

Large Drawstring Bag
The Nait Nait Roma Verde large drawstring bag is a practical solution for carrying and organizing everything children need for their daily routine. Thanks to its 32 × 40 cm size, it offers enough space to store a change of clothes, used clothing, wet garments, snacks, toys, or other accessories.
Its waterproof interior is especially useful when you need to separate wet or dirty clothes from the rest of the items in your suitcase, stroller bag, or backpack. This way, after school, an activity, a getaway, or a day at the beach, you can store used garments separately.
The exterior is made of 100% cotton and features the Roma design, characterized by two-tone stripes on a natural base. A simple design that is easy to combine with the rest of the accessories in the collection.
The bag supports customization via embroidery. This customization is compatible with the waterproof treatment, although said capacity may be slightly reduced only in the embroidered area, as it is done with cotton thread.
Important information about the fabric
Due to the characteristics of the natural base used to make the Roma collection, small, practically unnoticeable specks may appear on the fabric. These specks are inherent to the fabric base and may become visible after the printing process.
These are not stains or a manufacturing defect, but rather a natural characteristic of the fabric itself.
