WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You can receive your purchase at the shipping address you have provided or, if you prefer, you can specify a delivery address different from the customer's address.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

From the time of purchase, the estimated delivery time is 48/72 hours, except for personalized products which take 15 business days. For international shipments, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands (check based on destination). During sales periods, this delivery time may be affected.

HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS?

  • Spain (Peninsula + Balearic Islands only): 5 Euros
  • For other destinations, when processing the order and before proceeding with payment, the website will indicate the shipping costs that apply to the destination of the merchandise.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?

Once your order is ready, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, indicating that your package has left our store. When the courier processes your shipment, they will send you your order tracking number and estimated delivery date via email.

Shipping and Returns

All our non-customized orders are delivered within 48-72 hours to mainland Spain, from the order confirmation.

This period may be extended during sales, Black Friday, or specific promotions, without entitling the customer to compensation for delays.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as international shipments, may be subject to additional customs and/or import duties to the order amount and shipping costs already applied by Nait Nait.

  • Canary Islands (approx.): €17 DUA + 7% IGIC
  • Ceuta and Melilla (approx.): €30 DUA + 7% clothing / 10% footwear IPSI

These costs will be assumed by the customer.

For orders with personalized or pre-order products, the estimated delivery time is 15 business days. In the case of shipments to the Canary and Balearic Islands, the estimated transport time to the destination must be added.

For international shipments, the delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country. If personalized products are included, the preparation time indicated above must be added.

Small Pouch

The Nait Nait Roma Caldera small pouch is a practical accessory for keeping items organized and separated inside a suitcase, stroller bag, or backpack. Measuring 26 × 34 cm, it is especially useful for storing shoes, accessories, used clothes, or wet garments.

Its waterproof interior helps isolate moisture and dirt from other items. This makes it particularly convenient for storing shoes after the park, an excursion, or a day in the countryside, as well as wet swimsuits after the pool or beach.

The exterior is made of 100% cotton and features the Roma design, characterized by stripes in two different tones on a natural base.

Important information about the fabric

Due to the characteristics of the natural base used to create the Roma collection, small, practically imperceptible specks may appear on the fabric. These specks are typical of the fabric base and may become visible after the printing process.

They are not stains or a manufacturing defect, but a natural characteristic of the fabric itself.
