WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can receive your purchase at the shipping address you have provided or, if you prefer, you can specify a delivery address different from the customer's address.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
From the time of purchase, the estimated delivery time is 48/72 hours, except for personalized products which take 15 business days. For international shipments, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands (check based on destination). During sales periods, this delivery time may be affected.
HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS?
- Spain (Peninsula + Balearic Islands only): 5 Euros
- For other destinations, when processing the order and before proceeding with payment, the website will indicate the shipping costs that apply to the destination of the merchandise.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?
Once your order is ready, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, indicating that your package has left our store. When the courier processes your shipment, they will send you your order tracking number and estimated delivery date via email.
Shipping and Returns
All our non-customized orders are delivered within 48-72 hours to mainland Spain, from the order confirmation.
This period may be extended during sales, Black Friday, or specific promotions, without entitling the customer to compensation for delays.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as international shipments, may be subject to additional customs and/or import duties to the order amount and shipping costs already applied by Nait Nait.
- Canary Islands (approx.): €17 DUA + 7% IGIC
- Ceuta and Melilla (approx.): €30 DUA + 7% clothing / 10% footwear IPSI
These costs will be assumed by the customer.
For orders with personalized or pre-order products, the estimated delivery time is 15 business days. In the case of shipments to the Canary and Balearic Islands, the estimated transport time to the destination must be added.
For international shipments, the delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country. If personalized products are included, the preparation time indicated above must be added.

The moment you take your baby out of the water requires having everything ready. That is why the Nait Nait Blue baby bath towel incorporates a clip-on attachment system, which allows you to put the towel on beforehand and keep your hands free while you lift your little one out of the tub.
Its 600 g/m² terry cloth is made of 100% cotton, offering a thick fabric with a high capacity to absorb moisture. At the same time, it is soft and breathable, features designed to provide a comfortable texture when in contact with sensitive and delicate skin.
The 100 × 100 cm dimensions allow you to wrap the baby in a wide surface area after the bath. It also incorporates a hood, which can be personalized with embroidery.
This new blue version maintains the same characteristics as the Nait Nait bath towels. To properly prepare the terry cloth before you start using it, we recommend a first wash in cold water and without fabric softener.
This collection can be combined with all accessories from the Granadas by Nait Nait collection.
