HOW TO BUY?
By placing an order through this website, you confirm that you are of legal age and guarantee that you are the holder of the payment card used for this purpose, should its use be required.

WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can receive your purchase at the shipping address you have provided or, if you prefer, you can specify a delivery address different from the customer's address.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
From the time of purchase, the estimated delivery time is 48/72 hours, except for personalized products which take 15 business days. For international shipments, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands (check based on destination). During sales periods, this delivery time may be affected.
HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS?
- Spain (Peninsula + Balearic Islands only): 5 Euros
- For other destinations, when processing the order and before proceeding with payment, the website will indicate the shipping costs that apply to the destination of the merchandise.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?
Once your order is ready, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, indicating that your package has left our store. When the courier processes your shipment, they will send you your order tracking number and estimated delivery date via email.
Shipping and Returns
All our non-customized orders are delivered within 48-72 hours to mainland Spain, from the order confirmation.
This period may be extended during sales, Black Friday, or specific promotions, without entitling the customer to compensation for delays.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as international shipments, may be subject to additional customs and/or import duties to the order amount and shipping costs already applied by Nait Nait.
- Canary Islands (approx.): €17 DUA + 7% IGIC
- Ceuta and Melilla (approx.): €30 DUA + 7% clothing / 10% footwear IPSI
These costs will be assumed by the customer.
For orders with personalized or pre-order products, the estimated delivery time is 15 business days. In the case of shipments to the Canary and Balearic Islands, the estimated transport time to the destination must be added.
For international shipments, the delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country. If personalized products are included, the preparation time indicated above must be added.

At Nait Nait, we continue to think about comfort and making tasks and activities related to the care of our babies easier, this time at home. That's why we wanted to create these washcloths designed for countless functions.
This product was created out of the need to have a paper towel on hand to dry or clean our baby when changing them. It is quite useful as it takes up little space, allowing you to keep them in your diaper caddy, and if only used for drying, it could be reused without a problem. We can also find other uses for them, being able to combine these washcloths, both wet and dry, to change our baby without having to use disposable wipes. Looking at completely different uses, they are a good option as a makeup remover cloth, being able to wash and reuse them.
The idea with these washcloths is also to reduce the use of conventional disposable paper towels, with those created by Nait Nait being more ecological, as they are machine washable at high temperatures, leaving them perfect for a subsequent use. Plus, they dry super fast! You can even wash them and reuse them on the same day.
In addition to all this, we wanted to include a matching mini bag with our six washcloths!
Our "mini towels" are 100% cotton, designed for the care of our baby and for all skin types.

Care and cleaning
- Suitable for washing machine, it cleans easily and looks like new.
- Wash at a maximum of 30°C, preferably on a delicate program.
- Do not use bleach or abrasive products.
- Do not tumble dry to better preserve the fabrics.
- Air dry, avoiding direct and prolonged exposure to the sun.
- It can be folded easily when not in use.
