WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
From the time of purchase, the estimated delivery time is 48/72 hours, except for personalized products which take 15 business days. For international shipments, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands (check based on destination). During sales periods, this delivery time may be affected.
HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS?
- Spain (Peninsula + Balearic Islands only): 5 Euros
- For other destinations, when processing the order and before proceeding with payment, the website will indicate the shipping costs that apply to the destination of the merchandise.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?
Once your order is ready, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, indicating that your package has left our store. When the courier processes your shipment, they will send you your order tracking number and estimated delivery date via email.
Shipping and Returns
All our non-customized orders are delivered within 48-72 hours to mainland Spain, from the order confirmation.
This period may be extended during sales, Black Friday, or specific promotions, without entitling the customer to compensation for delays.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as international shipments, may be subject to additional customs and/or import duties to the order amount and shipping costs already applied by Nait Nait.
- Canary Islands (approx.): €17 DUA + 7% IGIC
- Ceuta and Melilla (approx.): €30 DUA + 7% clothing / 10% footwear IPSI
These costs will be assumed by the customer.
For orders with personalized or pre-order products, the estimated delivery time is 15 business days. In the case of shipments to the Canary and Balearic Islands, the estimated transport time to the destination must be added.
For international shipments, the delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country. If personalized products are included, the preparation time indicated above must be added.

We know how dirty children's things get and how much we like to wash everything a thousand times. Therefore, it is important to have a spare of all the items we use daily with them. The bouncer is undoubtedly one of the most used items for several months of our children's lives, so one laundry day and we don't know where to put it! Because in the bouncer they have fun seeing everything and can rock, they can't do without it!
That's why we wanted to design our own Babybjörn bouncer covers with charming fabrics like Nait Nait's Black Polka Dots collection! Who hasn't put a blanket on their child when they were in the bouncer and it ended up falling off when they moved their legs? The solution to that problem is here, we have incorporated a footmuff into the cover that can be put on and taken off depending on how cool it is, and as easy as zipping it up and down, no more having to constantly put the blanket back on to keep them warm!
Furthermore, our covers with an integrated footmuff have another characteristic that makes them stand out: when the footmuff is removed, it has a zipper cover incorporated, keeping it hidden for use when it's not cold. This fabric that covers the zipper has several uses, as it looks more polished, and additionally, it prevents the baby from getting hurt by the exposed zipper.
Our covers replace the original, they are not placed over it.
It features two elongated buttons on the safety harness, so that the child is well secured and at the same time, the baby can be easily put in and taken out. At the base, it has two elastic bands to keep it fixed and prevent it from riding up.
They wash wonderfully in the washing machine and, being 100% cotton, they don't generate heat and are breathable. In turn, the footmuff has a zipper to easily insert and remove the filling, and to wash the cover without it inside.
As it is a fabric in direct contact with the baby, it is essential that it does not cause sweating or allergies, and we always keep this in mind at Nait Nait, which is why the fabric is 100% white cotton.

Care and cleaning
- Suitable for washing machine, it cleans easily and looks like new.
- Wash at a maximum of 30°C, preferably on a delicate program.
- Do not use bleach or abrasive products.
- Do not tumble dry to better preserve the fabrics.
- Air dry, avoiding direct and prolonged exposure to the sun.
- It can be folded easily when not in use.
